WEEK 1: Dinosaur & Donut Hunt


Calling all fitness warriors! Participants will race through obstacle challenges, leap over lava pits, crawl through dino caves, and complete heroic missions to uncover hidden donut treasures. This action-packed camp builds strength, agility, balance, and coordination through exciting movement challenges and gymnastics-based activities.

WEEK 2: Under the Sea – Pirates & Mermaids Mission


Ahoy, mateys! Set sail on a thrilling pirate quest filled with obstacle courses, treasure hunts, balance challenges, and warrior missions. Campers will build strength, confidence, and coordination as they navigate rough seas, dodge obstacles, and search for hidden treasure.

WEEK 3: Under the Big Top Circus Challenge


The circus needs superheroes! Participants will test their balance, agility, speed, and strength through exciting obstacle courses, daring challenges, and action-packed games. Every hero will train to conquer challenges and save the day under the big top.

WEEK 4: Safari Survival Mission


Young adventurers will trek through the jungle, cross rivers, climb obstacles, and complete warrior missions in this exciting safari challenge. Campers will develop strength, agility, and confidence while navigating a wild adventure.

WEEK 5: 1-2-3 Blast Off! Galactic Hero Training


Prepare for an intergalactic mission! Superheroes-in-training will complete obstacle courses, agility challenges, and fitness missions designed to test their speed, balance, and strength. The galaxy needs heroes—are you ready to answer the call?

WEEK 6: Sharks! Shark Attack Challenge

The sharks are circling! Fitness warriors must navigate obstacle courses, dodge shark-infested waters, and complete exciting missions to reach safety. This action-packed camp combines strength, agility, teamwork, and gymnastics-based movement for an unforgettable adventure

  • A typical day includes warm-up drills, skill-building games, themed activities, crafts, and lots of fun. There are also scheduled breaks for snacks and rest. Each day balances structure with plenty of active play.

  • Campers should bring a water bottle, a snack (nut-free), and wear comfortable athletic clothing. We’ll provide any specific equipment unless otherwise noted.

  • Our staff is certified in CPR and first aid, and we maintain a low camper-to-instructor ratio for close supervision. We also follow safety protocols for hydration and proper equipment use. Allergies and medical needs are documented and closely monitored.
